CARPENTER - JOURNEYPERSON

The Journeyperson Carpenter supports the construction of highly energy-efficient homes using sustainable materials. This role involves framing and assembling wall panels and structural components in a fast-paced production facility, while ensuring high-quality workmanship, safe work practices, and adherence to drawings and specifications. This position reports directly to the Factory Forepersons directed by the Plant Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute precise framing tasks within a panelized factory environment, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design specifications.
• Read and interpret construction plans to carry out framing tasks and ensure structural integrity of panels.
• Safely handle and organize construction materials, including lumber and engineered wood, to optimize efficiency.
