You will work under the guidance of a crew leader to learn and perform tasks such as setting up and maintaining forms, handling reinforcing materials, and contributing to the fabrication of precast concrete panels in accordance with architectural specifications and industry standards. The position emphasizes steady skill development, teamwork, safety, and consistent productivity throughout the workday.

**Responsibilities**

+ Work under the direct supervision of a crew leader to learn and apply basic carpentry skills, including setting up and oiling forms, laying mesh, tying reinforcing bars and steel, setting inserts, striking off, stripping forms, and general cleanup.
