Elegance Finishing Ltd. is looking for Carpenter Lead Hand in Leduc County, AB.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine work requirements
• Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood & wood substitutes
• Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware
• Measure, cut, and install baseboards and trim
• Operate a variety of hand tools and power tools, such as table saws, drills, and nail guns
• Perform hardware installations depending on the project stage
• Instruct apprentices
• Supervise other workers

Qualifications

• Educational requirement: High School
• Related experience: 3‑5 Years Experience
