Carpenter Multi Trader – Walton‑on‑Thames (Responsive Maintenance)

WPS is looking for a Carpenter Multi Trader to join our Responsive Maintenance division. The role focuses on restoring void properties to a high standard for new residents.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Carry out repair, renewal, and reinstatement works within void properties.
• Complete a variety of carpentry and multi‑trade tasks to prepare homes for re‑let.
• Advise your Supervisor when additional trades are required.
• Work independently or alongside other operatives to complete void refurbishments.
• Complete daily work sheets detailing tasks completed and materials used.
• Ensure all works are finished productively, safely, and to a high standard.

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence.
