Carpenter Supervisor (Hands‑On Fixer) — Night Shift & Weekends We are seeking a hands‑on Carpenter Supervisor (Fixer) to lead and perform carpentry work on mall renovation projects.
Key responsibilities - Perform and supervise hands‑on carpentry tasks (millwork, fixtures, partitions, finishes)
- Lead small teams during night shifts and weekends; assign tasks and work alongside crew
- Read and interpret drawings, shop drawings and specifications
- Enforce mall renovation SOPs, quality standards and site safety procedures
- Manage materials, monitor progress, troubleshoot on site and report to project management
- Train, mentor and evaluate team members; liaise with mall management and subcontractors
Requirements - Minimum 4 years’ carpentry experience with proven hands‑on capability; prior supervisory experience preferred
