As a Carpenter you will be responsible for building maintaining and repairing various wooden structures and fixtures throughout our property. This role requires a high level of craftsmanship attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members.

• Perform preventive and corrective carpentry maintenance in guest rooms public areas and heart-of-the-house
• Repair fabricate and install wooden furniture doors cabinets wardrobes shelving and fixtures
• Carry out polishing finishing and touch-up works to maintain the hotels aesthetic standards
• Inspect carpentry works and report defects or safety concerns to the Engineering Supervisor
• Follow Fairmont brand standards SOPs and maintenance schedules
• Ensure all work complies with health safety and environmental policies
• Use tools machinery and materials safely and responsibly
• Coordinate with other Engineering trades to support hotel operations
