Carrier Sales Representative – Medellín (On-site)

We are looking for a Carrier Sales Representativ e with a strong sales mindset and results‑driven approach to join our team in Medellín. This role is key to securing truck capacity and building strategic relationships with U.S.-based carriers

Responsibilities

• prospect new trucking carriers to build a strong capacity networ
• negotiate rates per load, maximizing margins while meeting revenue goal
• dispatch drivers with clear pickup and delivery instruction
• ensure carriers meet compliance requirements (insurance, operating authority
• track shipments through check calls and tracking tool
• resolve operational issues such as delays or breakdown
• collect Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation
• update the TMS with accurate carrier and rate information
