Work Schedule

This position is full-time and hybrid (3 days in office) from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with an hour break, with flexibility based on coverage.

Purpose of Your Work

As a Carrier Development Representative, you will identify and develop strategic carrier partnerships while supporting competitive pricing strategies. Through carrier sourcing, market analysis, and rate negotiations, you will help secure reliable capacity and cost-effective transportation solutions. Success in this role is measured through weekly KPIs focused on carrier development, pricing competitiveness, and operational efficiency.

• Research, identify, and develop new carrier relationships to expand Redwood's transportation network.
• Evaluate carrier capabilities, capacity, safety, service performance, and geographic coverage to ensure alignment with business needs.
