ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receive and document medical information requests and non-medical cases accurately within the case management system in accordance with internal procedures and compliance requirementsReview, assess, and triage incoming emails and inquiries to the appropriate internal teams in a timely mannerSupport the creation, coordination, and tracking of responses to medical information requests and other inquiriesMonitor and manage inquiry workflows to ensure accurate case documentation, timely routing, follow-up, escalation, and case closure Assist with regular quality review of case documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and complianceCollaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, Quality, Regulatory, Clinical Operations, and other internal stakeholders to support appropriate handling of inquiries as well as adverse event reporting requirements...
