**Job Description**




**WHAT TO EXPECT?**



+ Support Cash Application Team in their daily activities

+ Download Customer payment documents from portals

+ Monitor the day-to-day activities related to bank application

+ Prepare payment badges in excel format

+ Raise CM/DM requests on SharePoint

+ Customer communication related to payment queries

+ Investigate and resolve customer queries

+ Process credit or debit memos according to the company’s procedures

+ Provide information to the internal organization over e-mail, or in case of auditBecome part of a multinational technology leader.

+ Work with various internal departments

+ Learn a lot of new business processes
