The Cash Application Specialist will be responsible for accurately processing and posting incoming payments to customer accounts, assist with chargebacks and disputes and virtual payments, and assist with collections. This role plays a critical part in the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and correct application of funds to maintain healthy cash flow and financial records.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Process and post customer payments (checks, ACH, wire transfers, credit cards, Autopay).
Match payments to invoices and resolve discrepancies or unapplied cash.
Maintain accurate records of cash receipts and account adjustments.
Collaborate with collections, sales, and customer service teams to resolve payment issues.
