Position Overview
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Drive the cash van and deliver FMCG products to customers in a timely and safe manner.
β’ Actively sell and promote products to new and existing customers, ensuring the right products are available and delivered.
β’ Ensure all products are properly stocked in the van, checking inventory to match customer orders and demand.
β’ Visit assigned customers on a daily basis, ensuring their orders are fulfilled and stocked according to their preferences.
β’ Provide product knowledge and information about promotions to customers to drive sales.
β’ Address any customer concerns or issues in a professional manner, escalating to the supervisor when necessary.
β’ Handle cash transactions with customers, ensuring all payments are collected accurately.
β’ Prepare and submit daily sales reports, including information on sales volume, inventory, and cash collected.
