Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests with a professional and friendly demeanor
• Handle cash float, petty cash, invoices and daily sales deposits
• Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately
• Accept payments via cash, card or other digital methods
• Issue receipts, refunds, credits and provide correct change
• Maintain adequate change and keep the cash area tidy and organized
• Take phone orders and respond to queries regarding menu and reservations
• Assist with food delivery to tables and clearing of plates
• Ensure all areas of the restaurant remain clean and presentable
