Position Overview
β’ Greet customers warmly and take orders through the POS system.
β’ Accurately handle cash, card, or digital payments.
β’ Issue receipts and reconcile daily transactions.
β’ Maintain a clean and organized cashier station and front counter.
β’ Upsell menu items and answer questions about the food offerings.
β’ Support communication flow between the kitchen and service counters.
β’ Handle online orders (Toters etc.): receive, confirm, and dispatch orders promptly and accurately.
β’ Coordinate with the line to ensure timely preparation of online orders.
β’ Ensure packaging is complete, correct, and meets brand presentation standards.
β’ Report any cash discrepancies, system issues, or online platform problems to the Supervisor.
β’ Assist in restocking front-of-house supplies and materials.
EDUCATION:
High School Degree or equivalent.
