Responsibilities

• Ticket Issuance and Collection: Issue claim tickets to drivers upon entry and collect them upon exit, ensuring proper tracking of parked vehicles.
• Fee Calculation and Payment Processing: Accurately calculate parking fees based on duration and rates, and process payments through cash, credit, or other accepted methods.
• Customer Interaction: Greet customers courteously, provide information about parking services, and address any inquiries or concerns.
