• Casting & Melting Operator Classification: Non-Exempt Department: Casting Reports to: Supervisor Position:    Nights Position Summary: The Casting/Melting Operator is responsible for monitoring equipment, making adjustments as necessary to maintain quality, and reporting any changes in conditions they can’t control.   Key Responsibilities: Ensure equipment is operating within specified parameters.

Ensure quality is maintained Fill out required production documents Material handling Assist with tear down and rebuilding of equipment requiring manual labor Maintain clean/organized work area Performs other duties as required Skills & Competencies:
