Casual Administrator - ED & Birthing Suite

Locations: Wellington Regional Hospital and Kenepuru Hospital

Contract: Casual (Covering rostered shifts 24/7)

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic multi-skilled administrator to join our vibrant team at Wellington Hospital. This is a casual position covering full time rostered and rotating positions for two 24/7 services, as well as covering the part-time shifts based at Kenepuru Maternity Unit.

Duties :

• Meeting and greeting patients and visitors
• Demographic validation
• Registering all patients who present
• Admissions, discharges and transfers of patients
• Administration support for clinical staff

The salary band for this role is $73,476 - $81,164 (pro rata for casual hours), depending on experience.
