We are now recruiting a number of casual Customer Experience Officers to help deliver welcoming, efficient and high-quality customer service across our Leisure and Aquatic centres.

The role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Experience Officers to join our Leisure and Aquatic Services team on a casual basis.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, supporting reception, customer enquiries, transactions, bookings, kiosk operations and general customer service across the centre environment.
