Responsibilities

The Maintenance Technician works within a multidisciplinary team to perform basic maintenance, and repairs related to various Cool Aid buildings, suites, grounds, and equipment. The Maintenance Technician ensures that Society properties are properly maintained and conducts routine inspections. The Maintenance Technician position involves working closely with clients in occupied and unoccupied rooms, as well as common areas, often working alone.

Qualifications

• Education - Grade 10, plus related vocational training such as a building maintenance course.
• Experience - Two (2) years recent related experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
