About the Role 

We provide care and support for clients in our Care Home in Corringham via single or double handed calls. The service provides care 365 days a year.

We are currently looking Medication Support Workers who can work in Collins House Residential Home in Corringham, Extra Care Housing in Grays and within our Community Reablement Team.
