Position Summary:
This position is responsible for providing non-medical personal support services, life-skills support, and light housekeeping duties to support individuals in the transition from hospital to the community. Such duties are carried out in accordance with Client Service plan, laws and regulations governing service provision.
This program operates 7 days a week and candidates needs to be flexible and available for a variety of shifts including days and afternoons. This includes every other weekend and statutory holidays. Employment Guide:
