We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Cat Scan Technologist/IV Cert, Manhattan - Cancer Center.

In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for performing medically prescribed radiographic and CT procedures. Utilizes computerized tomography (CT) scanners to produce cross-section images of patients internal organs and tissues for the diagnosis of medical issues. Accurately interpret a physicians scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, prepare and operate the CT scan equipment and position the patient to capture the appropriate images.

Job Responsibilities:

Performs filming of optimum quality and archives the data. Uses efficient methods and completes examinations assigned in reasonable amount of time. Performs transmission and/or segmentation for transmission to PACS in a complete and proper anatomic display. Generates high quality hard copies of images when necessary.
