Category Finance Director OTC

Role Responsibilities

• Support and partner with Category Head and their Team, contributing to delivery of category sales, brand contribution, and value creation.
• Contribute to category and brand financial performance management, including analysis of brand contribution, margins, and resource allocation effectiveness.
• Prepare and deliver financial analysis and insights to support category strategy discussions, trade-offs, and decision-making across the year.
• Support Integrated Growth Plan, Annual Business Plan, in‑year forecasting, ensuring robustness, consistency and alignment between category plans and financial outcomes.
• Assist in performance tracking, forecast updates, and early identification of risks and opportunities, escalating key issues and driving solution sets as appropriate.
