Category Manager – Resin Your Role at Vantive: As a Category Manager – Resin, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing Vantive's global procurement strategy for the resin category.
You will be responsible for managing a spend of approximately $21 M+, working with a supplier base of 25+ vendors, and supporting operations across multiple manufacturing sites in the Americas.
In this role, you will drive strategic sourcing initiatives, ensure supply continuity, and build strong partnerships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to deliver cost efficiencies, mitigate risks, and enable business growth.
What You'll Be Doing Lead and execute end-to-end strategic sourcing and category management for resin procurement.
Develop and implement category strategies to optimize supplier base, reduce single-source dependencies, and drive annual cost savings.
Manage supplier relationships, including performance tracking, risk assessments, and mitigation plans.
