andleadsasmallteamtodeliverstrongperformanceacrosssales/GMV,margin,availability,andcustomerexperience.
Responsibilities :
1)CategoryTrading&PerformanceManagement
- DriveweeklyanddailytradingactionstodelivercategorytargetsacrossGMV/Revenue,margin,conversion,andsell-through.
- Monitorperformanceanddiagnosegapsusingonsiteandcommercialdata(e.g.,topSKUs,traffictrends,pricecompetitiveness,campaignresults).
- ProduceregularperformanceupdatesandrecommendationsfortheCategoryManager/HeadofCategory.
2)Assortment&RangeExecution - Supportseasonalandmonthlyassortmentplanning:corevstrend,newnessflow,andkeypricepoints.
