Position Overview

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit daily system maintenance forms to GBA within the stipulated cut-off time
  • Process and prepare payment requisitions and monthly billings for claims, promotions, and new product listings
  • Liaise with suppliers on promotion forms, claims submissions, and resolve any discrepancies
  • Prepare and consolidate agency formats, store messages, and letters of authorization for vendor submissions
  • Generate and analyse sales reports to support the Merchandise Manager and Category Managers
  • Perform article creation for both national and house brands
  • Prepare and maintain supply chain files, including OSD and spaceman files
  • Raise and coordinate supply chain requests (e.g., GRN888, GRN999, ad-hoc allocations, expiry feedback)
  • Support promotion listing processes, including securing supplier support, consolidation, and system execution
