• Handle incoming catering, social, and wedding inquiries and convert them into confirmed business
• Proactively upsell menus, venues, AV, décor, and added services to maximize total event revenue
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within Arabic-speaking markets and social segments
• Build strong relationships with wedding planners, social event planners, and key clients
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in line with hotel strategy and approvals
• Achieve individual and team revenue targets
• Conduct professional site inspections to convert business
• Create proposals and contracts in line with hotel standards
• Ensure all event payments, deposits, and guarantees are received as per finance policy
