The Marlay are currently recruiting for a Full-Time and Relief Catering Assistant. We are part of the CareChoice Group which consists of 15 nursing homes. It is one of South Dublin's most reputable nursing homes, built to very high standards and operated to deliver excellent care of the elderly.

Purpose of the Role

To ensure food and beverages are served to the standard directed and in line with the HACCP system in place in the home.

Main Responsibilities

• Duties include any duties associated with serving meals, cleaning up after meals and maintaining the dining environment at the standard required by The Marlay.
• Ensure that food is presented in an appealing way
• Assist in the serving of meals and drinks ensuring that the correct meals are served to residents with special dietary needs.
