Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur, located in the Golden Triangle neighborhood, is part of a 65‑storey mixed‑use tower featuring a 209‑key hotel, private residences, serviced apartments, retail podium and a skyline‑viewed rooftop pool.

What You Will Do:

• Assist the Catering & Events team in planning and coordinating meetings, conferences, weddings, and social events.
• Prepare banquet event orders (BEOs), proposals, contracts, and event documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing detailed event information.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Banquets, Kitchen, Sales, Front Office, Housekeeping) to ensure flawless execution of events.
• Maintain and update client databases, event calendars, and sales systems.
