This role will be a fixed‑term, full‑time position for 10 months, during a period of parental leave. The Coordinator is responsible for the end‑to‑end planning and delivery of conferences and events, including client liaison, event scheduling, use of enterprise event management systems, coordination of catering and AV services, logistics, and financial administration and reconciliation. The role operates in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment with competing priorities, requiring strong organisational skills, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple events concurrently. Challenges include peak event periods, complex stakeholder requirements, and the need to maintain service standards while learning AUT systems and processes.
