Main duties and responsibilities

• Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the Canteen's recipes, portioning and serving standards.
• Ensuring responsibility and accountability for the food service team
• Front-of-house employees must adhere to all HCAPP legislative requirements daily, understand the reporting structures and support the management deliverables
• Incorporate a positive culture within the team, ensuring continuity across all aspects of health and safety.
