**Job Summary**

As the **Catering Manager** for a premier, high-volume corporate dining account in New York, you will lead all aspects of the catering operation, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and flawless event execution. This role is responsible for overseeing the Catering Department, including training and developing associates, managing event logistics, directing temporary staff, and maintaining the highest standards of service excellence.
