Catering Sales & Event Services Manager will be responsible for developing and nurturing client relationships throughout the sales and planning process in partnership with the Group Sales team. Ensuring all introductions and client communications are responded to in an enthusiastic and timely manner. Recognizes opportunities to maximize revenue by up-selling and offering enhancements to create outstanding event. This position also involves the sales of local social celebrations at Susurros del Corázon.  Responsible for pro-active direct sales, appointments and site inspections.  Works as a liaison between clients and the resort to create unique and memorable experiences for our guests. Travel may be required to represent the resort at various trade shows and exhibits.
