**Job Description**

The Catering & Community Events Supervisor leads catering operations and campus engagement initiatives for Montreat College Dining Services. This role coordinates catering events from planning through execution, of events, partners with culinary leadership on menu delivery, and develops programs that enhance student engagement and community connections through dining services.

**Job Responsibilities**

+ Coordinate and oversee all campus catering events, including order management, staffing, setup, service, and breakdown.
+ Partner with the Executive Chef and culinary team to ensure successful event execution and customer satisfaction.
+ Lead, train, and supervise catering team members to deliver exceptional hospitality and service.
