This role is suited for an experienced professional who is confident managing both reward frameworks and payroll processes end-to-end, while partnering closely with senior stakeholders to drive competitive and compliant practices.

In this role, you will take ownership of the organisation’s compensation and benefits agenda, including salary benchmarking, annual review cycles, incentive structures, and policy development.
