WSP is currently initiating a search for a **CBTC System Safety Manager** to join our Transit and Rail/Systems Engineering Team across multiple metropolitan transit regions.

The CBTC System Safety Manager provides leadership and oversight for the system safety and security certification activities associated with the CBTC signaling program. This role ensures that all safety assurance, risk management, and certification processes are implemented in accordance with Authority requirements, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing safety certification for complex rail signaling programs, including CBTC system safety cases and compliance with CENELEC, NYCT system safety and FTA standards.
