About the job CCA2 - Customer Service Support - 22.01
BASIC FUNCTIONS:
Agents will be doing customer service role mainly answering emails, creating online cases and calls.
They are also expected to have high accuracy in terms of the information they are giving to our customers about charging issues or downloading songs, how to set TEMPO in the right mode
The agents may provide answers to general questions about the other products (e.g.,techsuits, goggles, fins, non-electronic and electronic)
