Overview

Provides technical support to Field Engineers, Technicians, and Product Support personnel who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging complex electro/mechanical equipment, computer systems, complex software, or networked and/or wireless systems.

Qualifications and experience CCIE CCNP or CCNP-DC minimum Dev Net Associate or Programming for Network Engineers would be an advantage Technology Stream Owner and Team Lead experience 2-3yrs CISCO ACI experience 5 years mid to senior level networking experience Skills and work traits Understanding of TCP/IP and networking protocols OSPF, EIGRP, Qo S and Multicast configuration and troubleshooting understanding BGP (don't have to be an expert here) Working knowledge of Cisco IOS, IOS-XE and NX-OS (Both standalone and ACI mode would be advantageous) layer 2 networking, including STP, VLANs and port channel/Ether channel technology, etc layer 3 networking, including dynamic routing protocols (like the ones ment...
