The Position

To operate and monitor all systems including CCTV within the control room in a professional and efficient manner. To ensure integrity accuracy and confidentiality of all information gained by compliance with Sofitel quality standards and legislation

Main responsibility

To efficiently operate and monitor the hotels CCTV and security systems 24/7 ensuring safety compliance with legal standards (including DPS regulations) and supporting investigations while maintaining clear communication detailed records and high service standards in line with Sofitels values.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and operate all control room systems efficiently ensuring compliance with security procedures legislation SIRA regulations and Sofitels code of ethics.
• Coordinate with police service providers and internal departments for proper system usage and effective incident response.
