Vigilance: The CCTV Operators shall when operating the CCTV Room be held responsible for keeping vigilance over the CCTV monitors with the view to detect:

• Human traffic entering or leaving the Hotel particularly criminal or undesirable elements.
• Illicit movements of goods particularly those leaving the Hotels premises.
• Misdemeanors committed by staff.
• Any other activities of unusual nature.

Maintenance ensuring that the CCTV equipment is in good working condition when taking over duty.  In the event of any:

• Malfunction: Record in the Security log Book for followupaction by the Supervisor or his Assistant.  DO NOT attempt to meddle with any of the equipment.
