Job description
We are looking for a skilled and experienced CCTV Operator with strong IT-related knowledge to monitor surveillance systems, ensure security, and provide technical support. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in CCTV operations along with basic networking and IT troubleshooting skills.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor live CCTV footage and recorded videos to ensure safety and security.
Identify and report any suspicious activities or incidents promptly.
Operate and maintain CCTV systems, DVRs/NVRs, and related equipment.
Perform regular system checks to ensure cameras and recording systems are functioning properly.
Troubleshoot basic IT and network-related issues (IP cameras, connectivity), installation of operating system windows based etc.
Maintain logs, reports, and incident records.
Coordinate with management and security teams in case of emergencies.
