Responsibilities

1. Monitor live video feeds from multiple CCTV cameras, identifying and responding to any suspicious activities or security breaches in real-time.
2. Operate and maintain CCTV equipment, including cameras, recorders, and monitoring stations, ensuring optimal functionality and troubleshooting technical issues.
3. Document all incidents, observations, and actions taken in detailed logs and reports, providing accurate and timely information for further investigation.
4. Recognize and report potential security risks such as unauthorized access, loitering, or unusual behavior to appropriate personnel or authorities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Criminology or a related field is a plus.
