About the role

We have a great opportunity for someone to join the small CCTV team to provide comprehensive support to the CCTV Manager and CCTV operations. The post is very varied and includes ensuring the smooth operation of the office and technical functions.

Key tasks

• Carrying out financial processes from creating purchase orders to processing invoices.
• Ensuring GDPR is complied with at all times.
• Maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Preparing meeting documents and arranging meetings along with minute taking.
• Providing statistical reports.
• Contributing to continuous improvement and supporting the CCTV Manager in day-to-day operations.
