If you want a consistent route running through the Midwest and Great Plains, steady weekly miles, and an aggressive pay package that rewards manual unloading effort, this dedicated fleet is a great fit.

Earnings & Mileage Highlights

• Weekly Income: Average $1,825 a week (annual earning potential averages $95,000).
• Base Mileage Pay: Flat $0.75 CPM for all experience levels.
• Estimated All-In Rate: Averages out to approximately $1.18 per mile when factoring in all accessorial pay.
• Accessorial Pay: Extra $285 flat for every trailer you unload, $50 for backhauls, and $20 per stop.
• Orientation Pay: Your initial 1-week training program is fully covered at a flat $150 per day.
