Our structured, paid training program pairs you with an experienced mentor on actual regional routes. We do not use simulators or classrooms for this phase—you will gain real-world experience on the road while receiving a guaranteed weekly paycheck.

Compensation and Pay Growth

We provide a clear, guaranteed pay structure to support you as you transition to driving solo:

• Phase 1: On-the-Road Training (4–6 Weeks): $650 flat rate per week.
• Phase 2: First 3 Months Solo: $0.56 per mile with a guaranteed minimum of $1,000 per week.
• Phase 3: After 3 Months: Performance-based scaling from $0.56 to $0.64 per mile (Average weekly earnings: $1,200 – $1,700).
