The CDL Driver with Hazmat Endorsement is responsible for safely transporting hazardous materials, primarily gases, on local routes during day shifts. This role ensures compliance with safety regulations and proper handling of hazardous cargo while efficiently planning routes to meet delivery schedules.

Responsibilities

• Transport hazardous materials, focusing on gases, safely and in compliance with regulations
• Plan efficient local routes to optimize delivery times
• Handle and secure hazardous cargo following safety protocols
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and cargo
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation
• Adhere to day shift schedules and company policies

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in commercial driving
• Current CDL with Hazmat endorsement
