Ceded Re Credit Controller

The role holder coordinates end-to-end activity from unpaid reinsurance premiums and claims recoveries, builds reciprocal RI/broker relationships and provides management teams with effective reporting and clear escalation channels.

What You’ll Be DOING

What will your essential responsibilities include?

• Responsible for Credit Control and Debt Collection-
• Monitoring of RI claim recoveries that fall due / overdue and unreconciled aged RI premiums
• Computation/investigation/rectification of Financial technical transactions relating to claims and premiums
• Liaise with other departments (Finance and Ceded Re TA & TO) on discrepancies and assist to resolve them with engagement of both internal functions and external parties (Reinsurer & Brokers)
