Cegid/POS AMS Consultant

As a Cegid/POS AMS Consultant in APAC, you will assist our clients in Retail and Luxury, supporting Project Ownership, managing functional evolution projects and Application Maintenance. You will focus on Point of Sales Solutions (POS) and contribute to the growth of connected digital business. Beyond the historical features—sales management, inventory control, and in‑store collection—these solutions evolve to integrate, for example:

• Digitalization of the point of sale (clientele, cataloguing)
• Omnichannel sales experiences (e‑reservation, click & collect, etc.)
• Unified stock management
• Loyalty management

Responsibilities

• Participate in POS projects, roll‑outs including localizations and support.
• Provide functional and technical support, qualifying tickets and issues from customers or L1 support following existing procedures, processes and SOP documents.
