Position Overview
DutiesHelping with in-class demonstrations (must be available to attend classes when needed. Check UTSC timetable for schedule), leading outside of class labs (must be available to lead these labs), invigilating exams, marking exams(short answer), marking 3-4 assignments, having office hours and answering student emails, providing student feedback, clerical and administrative duties. Minimum Qualifications Includes: ability, academic qualifications, suitability for the position and appropriate background in the subject/specialty, specifically strong background in neuroscience behavioural techniques, neurological manipulation, animal ethics. Knowledge of neuroanatomy, vibratone usage, stereotaxic surgery and cellular neuroscience an asset. Preferred Qualifications Relevant CriterionPrevious experience is the more relevant criterion than the need to acquire experience in respect of this posted position.
