**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of capital and plant improvement projects while maintaining safety, quality, schedule, and budget expectations.
+ Coordinate cross-functional teams, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure effective project execution and communication.
+ Manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, risks, and resources to achieve operational and business objectives.
+ Oversee contractor performance and ensure compliance with company policies, safety programs, and regulatory requirements.
+ Identify opportunities to improve plant efficiency, reliability, and sustainability through strategic project initiatives.
